I love all the world of dance videos and some of the crazy dancing all the cool kids are up to so I decided it would be fun to have a couple of characters dancing and what better than the marvel dance off champ Star Lord. I also added groot for some fun too.
The modelling and anim was done in Maya. Texturing was mostly clean uvs and Photoshop. Rendering was with Vray and I composited the whole lot with After Effects. I also used Houdini for a couple of small fun bits in the background.
I had a lot of fun making this and learned some new tricks so that's cool. hope you enjoy it.
